It is extremely important to us that those families looking for information on Pre-planning or Pre-funded funeral arrangements be equipped with the most information possible before making a decision. According to Minnesota law, you cannot “Pre-pay” your funeral expenses. What you can do is “Pre-fund”, to set aside funds that will be applied towards your funeral expenses. We currently offer two different methods of “Pre-funded” funeral planning: Bank Trust Account (revocable or irrevocable) and Insurance/Annuity funding.

You will find there is flexibility in both plans. For those applying for Medical Assistance, we will abide by the State of Minnesota Department of Health and Human Services rules and regulations pertaining to that situation, specifically.
